Step 8: Marketing MethodsThis is another reading task, and it’s a very important one. All businesses make money by marketing their products and services to potential customers, and SFI is no exception. There are 2 marketing indexes at SFI – one for SFI itself and one for TripleClicks – and you are rewarded with VP for reviewing both of them.
First, login to your SFI Affiliate Center, click the TO-DO LIST tab, and go to GETTING-STARTED ACTIONS. Click on the link “for reviewingmarketing methods and aids for generating TripleClicks sales“. This will take you to the TripleClicks marketing index, where you can either view TC Sales Methods or TC Sales Marketing Aids. Click each link in turn, and look at some of the information provided. Don’t try to take it all in at once – there’s a lot there – but it will give you an idea of the vast wealth of sales material and methods SFI has made available to you. Once you are happy that you have read enough, use your browser’s BACK button to return to the main index, and click the button in the top-right corner to claim your VP. Go back to your TO-DO LIST and click the link “for reviewing marketing aids and resources for sponsoring SFI Affiliates“. Again, this will take you to an index, with a choice of Methods for sponsoring affiliates or Marketing aids for sponsoring affiliates. You will probably notice that many of the methods are similar to the TC Sales Methods. This is because you will find your market for both the SFI business and TC products in the same places. New SFI affiliates can be found anywhere there are people who might like to make some extra money. TripleClicks customers can be found anywhere! Once again, don’t try to take it all in at once. The sales and sponsoring guides are not intended to be read all in one go. They are a reference that you can return to time and again, whenever you need more inspiration and ideas for growing your business.
